General Agreement

By using the services of Auto Glass Works, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including repairs, replacements, and related offerings.

Service Guarantee

  • All services provided are performed to the best of our ability using high-quality materials and industry standards.
  • Auto Glass Works offers a limited warranty for repair and replacement services. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external factors.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Customers are required to provide accurate information about their vehicle and the nature of the service needed.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Mobile Services

  • For mobile services, a safe and accessible location must be provided for the technician to complete the work.
  • In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the appointment may be rescheduled.

Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Auto Glass Works accepts cash, major credit/debit cards, and certain mobile payment methods.
  • For insurance claims, customers are responsible for any deductible or uncovered expenses.

Insurance Claims

  • Auto Glass Works can assist with processing insurance claims. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify coverage and handle any disputes with the insurance provider.
  • Any costs not covered by insurance must be paid by the customer.

Pricing and Estimates

  • All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary if additional damage or repairs are identified during the service.
  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed appointments.

Warranty

  • Repairs: Warranty covers repaired chips or cracks that reopen under normal driving conditions. If the damage spreads, we may apply the cost of the repair toward a replacement.
  • Replacements: Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle’s ownership.
  • The warranty does not cover new damage, improper maintenance, or installation performed by third parties.

Liability

  • Auto Glass Works is not liable for damage to the vehicle resulting from pre-existing conditions, rust, or structural issues that may impact the repair or replacement process.
  • Customers must inspect the work upon completion and notify us immediately of any issues.

Privacy

  • Auto Glass Works respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the appointment or payment process will be used solely for providing services and will not be shared without your consent.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from our services must be addressed directly with Auto Glass Works.
  • We aim to resolve all issues amicably; however, unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or legal proceedings in accordance with local laws.

Modifications to Terms

  • Auto Glass Works reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply to services provided after the effective date.
